I am always on the hunt for new hair care that actually works. I have very temperamental hair – curly but thin strands that get tangled easily. The first thing that drew me in is that Pantene’s new products are sulfate, silicone, paraben, and dye-free. I always gravitate to natural products more and find that my hair appreciates it too! In the dryer, colder months moisturizing products are a MUST. Pantene’s Hydrating Glow with Baobab Essence collection boasts intense hydration. Baobab is not an ingredient I have seen before and was very intrigued. I learned that Baobab has been used by Tanzanian women to treat skin issues and hydrate their hair and skin for centuries! The Baobab tree seeds are filled with Vitamin E-rich essence they extract for use in their hair products.
My Results
I’ve been using the Pantene Nutrient Blends Hydration Glow Shampoo, Condition, and Serum for the last two weeks and have noticed a real difference in the texture and shine of my hair! I’m seeing less tangling and an overall softer finish. I really enjoy the smell and texture of the serum. When I use the serum I apply a quarter-size amount to my hands, then gently pull it through my hair. I then let my hair completely hair dry, I rarely use heat tools on my hair.
